If you are required to enter data before / after work or review material before / after work, your home may very well be your start and finish location. It may take a class action case before merchandising companies comply:

Great information! I feel that if I have to prepare before hitting my first store and usually have to do some type of reporting or consolodation at the end of the day that that time and travel should be covered. I will say it never has been for any company I have wored for. They have all paid from my first to my last store - nothing else.
