I do both. I prefer W2 work for traveling store resets to get travel pay and per diem/travel expenses. I prefer IC for individual feature resets because I get much faster as I go along the route, and these are usually flat rate pay. I also prefer IC for store resets withing 100 miles of home because the hourly pay is usually much higher than is being paid to the W2 workers at the same location. If I don't need a hotel and drive time pay would be minimal, I take the better hourly rate.
