I work for 3 companies that have geo-fence restrictions. I understand why they need it, but I don't like to have big-brother on my back.

Geofencing is reasonable but *how* they implement it often creates issues. If they won't let you access reporting unless you are inside the geofence, it creates major issues when the pin is off or cell reception is bad. Those that allow reporting acces but "flag" anything outside the fence work much better.
